Our Offices

The world of dentistry has evolved dramatically over the years. Our mission is to keep up with the latest developments and equipment in dentistry today. To ensure your safety and provide you with a stunning, natural smile, we invest in only the highest-quality devices.

Advanced Lasers

At Smile Makers LA, we are dedicated to making your care as comfortable as possible. Dr. Hakimzadeh and Dr. Reyhani use state-of-the-art lasers for a variety of aesthetic dentistry treatments. Whether used to whiten teeth, to lift and contour gum lines, or to shape teeth and veneers, lasers provide optimal precision and brilliant aesthetic effects.

Digital Smile Design

We use the latest software technology to take the guesswork out of smile design. At your initial smile makeover consultation we will take impressions of your teeth and pictures of your entire face. We will then transfer these images to a computer, where they are digitally modified using advanced facial mapping techniques. Using this technology, we can design a smile that matches your personality and facial symmetry.

Intraoral Camera

Like digital x-rays, digital photographs taken with our intraoral cameras can reveal the early signs of decay and other concerns. In this way, our dentists can identify problems before they affect the structural integrity of your entire tooth. We can also display these images on an exam room computer. Then you can see what we see during your exam, and you will have a better understanding of your diagnosis and treatment options.

Laser-Assisted Cavity Detection

Unfortunately, cavities often go undetected until patients experience discomfort or severe dental damage. Laser-assisted cavity detection is a quick, accurate, and non-invasive way to reveal decay. The laser device will measure fluorescence inside your tooth. Areas of decay will reveal higher levels of fluorescence. The device can reveal cavities in the earliest stages, so we can treat decay before it causes discomfort and harms your full tooth. Additionally, the low intensity Diagnodent laser enables us to monitor areas of concern without repeated x-rays.

3D CT Scan

Our office offers an onsite 3D CT Scan for implant evaluation and planning. This allows an accurate diagnosis and precise placement of implants by our skilled and experienced implantologists. Typical experience at other offices is a guessing game of hoping that there is adequate bone and tissue in the area of the missing tooth. Most doctors refer out for the diagnostic CT Scan, costing patient upwards of $350 and their time of going back and fourth. In some cases doctors will place implants without this information putting their patients at serious risk. When making a decision for your dental care it is important to pick a capable doctor with your health and convenience in mind. Please visit our office and meet our skilled and welcoming staff for a consultation.

Digital X-Rays

Digital x-rays are a fast and comfortable tool we use to assess your dental needs. With no chemical processing, no sharp pieces of x-ray film, and significantly less radiation than conventional x-rays, digital x-rays are a smart choice for your smile and the environment.

Using digital x-rays, Drs. Reyhani and Hakimzadeh can identify:

• Small areas of decay between teeth or below existing restorations
• Deep cavities
• Jaw infections
• Gum disease
• Abscesses or cysts
• Developmental abnormalities
• Some types of tumors

Many times, digital x-rays can reveal these concerns long before you experience any symptoms. Then we can determine the precise treatment that is most in keeping with your individual needs.
